Bridges are a fixed , non-movable option to replace missing teeth. A bridge is a false tooth that is attached on one or both sides to a neighbouring tooth to 'bridge' the gap.

This treatment option can be recommended where the teeth either side of the gap are strong and healthy to carry the extra load of a missing tooth.

They are an alternative to dentures and implants.
